Responsibilities of Clients:

• Clients must provide accurate and truthful information during consultations and while applying for admission.
• Clients must pay applicable fees and charges as per the agreed terms.
• Clients are responsible for keeping track of important admission deadlines and updates.

Limitation of Liability:

United Studies MBBS Consultants will provide guidance and assistance but is not responsible for the final outcome of the admission process. We cannot guarantee admission to any college or university, nor can we guarantee any specific result in the admission process.

Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify and hold United Studies MBBS Consultants, its staff, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of our services.

Governing Law:

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be resolved in the courts of Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.

Refund Policy

1. Consultation Fees:

3. Special Circumstances:

4. Service Fees for Management Quota/NRI Seats:

Fees paid for securing seats under Management Quota or NRI seats are non-refundable once the admission process has begun.
